Protect your privacy and others’.
Don’t post phone numbers, addresses, or identifying information — yours or anyone else’s.
Use trigger warnings when needed.
If your story includes suicide, abuse, or trauma, begin with “⚠️ Trigger Warning:” so others can read safely.
No graphic details of self-harm or suicide methods.
It’s okay to say you’ve struggled — please don’t describe the “how.” This keeps the community safe for all.
